What to expect in classes:
*Drumming & salutations
*Dance sequences and disciplined responses to popular music & cultural connections.
*Energy focuses with body awareness & positive realm connection, positive psychology & group connection are a big part of the dance-tribe. Erin brings 2 core respects forward for participants – confidence and capacity to ignite the flame, furthered by happiness in the personality that person-centred dance-practice brings. Fusion elements & bellydance attributes are a recognizable feature but not a foundation of restricted belief in dance expression.
What to bring:
*Water bottle, dance shoes of choice (for vinyl floor) or barefoot at best.
*Wear yoga pants, cotton-leggings, no jeans – hip wrap is optional.
Body comfort in casual clothes & relaxed gorgeousness isn't a Diva-pose necessity. No mirror- environment, circle centric attitude, more self-honesty.

Drum & Dance
Tuesday 7 - 9 pm Private Group
Class Overview & Values
Where there is a rhythm, there is a drum to play –
be it djembe, clay tabla or spirit wheel.
Where there is a heart spring,
let the joy of movement be your guide.
I enjoy the value of Integrity in the dance.
Erin takes her participants on a soulful express of delight – both conceptual & technical. An experienced dancer & performer across dance vocabularies, Erin refreshes the immediate feeling & guides awareness in expressive energy & thought. Patterns are inherent, interpretation is a must, spirit guidance in the energy is a sure acknowledgement.
This is our weekly fun, nourishment & Beginners-Intermediate-advanced dancers are welcome.
Certificates awarded at the end of the year for Participation in Studio Program.
