Erin

Rika

With a background in Early Childood Education, extending over 2 decades, Aunty Rika is adored by the local Blue Mountains families and lower Penrith Communities. She is well rehearsed in the system of knowledge and principles of Steiner Education for Infants, and admires its synergy through esoteric principles to much of todays New Age relationships.

A talented human with People, both adult and young people, Rika draws upon her knowing as a psychic, with new age affinity and a Hindu upbringing. She comes from a family of psychics.

She has an extensive appreciation of Hinduism and other AUM faiths. Her upbringing in India was filled with stories and the enchantment from her Grand mother. She has taught abroad in Papua New Guinea and is a loving mother, with community links to Shamanistic trade and vibrational healing.

Rika will be responsible for Faciltating Meditation and Intuitive Development classes, along with being a support as Visual Art Teacher Assistant on Saturdays

'Kindred' with Erin on Thursdays 7 - 9pm

Commences Thurs 11 Feb, 2027 - Catherine Fields , 170 Catherine Fields Community Hall

This circle will be structured to:

1st hour : Meditation, Energy Work, Discussion of Spiritual Concepts, Weekly Protection Statements

2nd hour : Drum & Dance (African Djembe, Rhythmic spiritual dance & Salutations)

Erin draws on her experience as a Women’s Circle Facilitator, Bellydance-fusion and tribal performer, Metaphysician and Spiritualist and Creative Channel to bring you weekly connections across Arts forms.

This is a practical and social connection class in which we unite in circle & friendship.

Welcome to Kindred Open to women and men, above 18.

We will be utilising Intuition in the first hour to connect and bond, with a formal guided meditation to support you each week in grounding & recentering. Opportunity is given to celebrate inner awareness and to develop friendly connections. There will be a different topic and exploration each week to connect to your spiritual side (Intuition).

In the second hour, we invite you to pull up a drum and to after learn dance sequences to world dance sounds, perfect for the Beginner to more advanced. While not a bellydance class, there will be elements of fusion, tribal notes and salutations. Those that do not wish to participate in social dance, may connect with percussion instruments to get into the rhythm.

Cushions and chairs will be provided for circle – for your comfort.

There will be variation across each week, with light refreshments offered in first hour.

Bring your own drum (or Borrow a drum for $6 (weekly use) )

$35 for 2hr class ($350 for 10 week term)

Meditation Class with Rika on Saturdays (11am-12pm)

Commences Sat 13 Feb, 2027 - Catherine Fields, 156 Catherine Fields Scouts Hall

This is a 1 hour class, with additional 20minutes debriefing time and connection over tea and refreshments. Guided by Rika, you will be gently supported in a safe environment to connect to the guided meditation. Every week will be slightly different, and with a focus on the self.

Intuitive Development Class with Rika on Saturdays (12.30pm - 2.30pm)

Commences Sat 13 Feb, 2027 - Catherine Fields , 156 Catherine Fields Scouts Hall

Rika draws on her disciplines of divination, symbolism and practice to guide you through a gentle and profound delivery of exercises. With plenty of time for discussion and to connect, you will develop your own Intuition through practical exercises and collaborating together.

As all course outlines are kept within the vibration of the organisation and at discretion of the Facilitator, more information will be supplied as a skeleton structure on the first week.

Light refreshments supplied. Bring a small plate of food to share.
